Create Christhofer_Arroyo_Quiel.yaml

The things that he does are more important than the things he says, I completely disagree with most of the things that Stallman said, but it is obviously not worth it to fire him for.
If we are going to fire people because of things we disagree with, we won't have as many people potentially doing world-changing things as Richard Stallman did.

Richard Stallman did nothing wrong.
