Subject: [PATCH] Create jrfondren.yaml

If you know nothing about RMS, read http://www.critters.org/rms.right2read.html . That's some poignant and easily digested speculative fiction that communicates RMS's sincere horror at a plausible dystopian future, which RMS is trying (with the same fiction, and other advocacy) to steer us away from.
